It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel and is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler market and the attractive Alster Valley shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with room for 2 additional cars behind it if needed).

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations.
