It is very close to restaurants and there is good access to public transportation, while being in a decent and quiet area, making it an excellent place for families (with kids). It is close to the University of Jordan. The owner lives in the same building. There is a garden for guests' use. It has a private sitting area, and it is great for having a BBQ. Electrify under guest's account not including with the rent.
