There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.
