Come and spend an unforgettable stay in this beautiful 3P with balcony with a beautiful view on the roofs and gardens of the Old City, crossing, very bright, 2mn walk from the Picasso Museum, the Provencal market, the beaches, completely redone, very well equipped, bed 160x200, air-conditioned, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. The accommodation is very central, however, it is far enough from bars and party places to be quiet and without nuisance.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual.
