IL TRULLO DI NINNO

The trullo is surrounded by more than eight thousand meters of land bordered by the classic dry stone walls. Olive trees, oaks and Mediterranean scrub fill the view even from inside the pool. It's a great place to rejuvenate, rest, and stargaze. It's our summer home, but we rent it out every now and then. It is located in the magical Valle d'Itria: Locorotondo, Cisternino and Martinafranca are ten minutes away. With a few more people, you can reach the sea of Savelletri, Capitolo and Torre Guaceto.

Villa Ada Independent villa - heated private pool

Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. The Ecotourist's House is an ancient agricultural shelter recovered in bio-architecture. It is a small, off-grid, energy self-sufficient island house, isolated in the Salento countryside. La Dépendance is the romantic and cozy house you were looking for. Historic trulli and lamie in the fabulous Itria Valley that comfortably accommodate 2 or, at most, 3 people. The house is equipped with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, a furnished outdoor patio where you can enjoy delicious meals and where you can relax in total privacy and, in addition, there is the Jacuzzi shared with my family that can be used in hot periods.
