Το παραδοσιακό αυτό σπίτι των 200 περίπου χρόνων βρίσκεται στο χωριό Πολιανή της Μεσσηνίας σε ύψος 680 μέτρων στην αγκαλιά του Ταϋγέτου. Το χωριό είναι περιτριγυρισμένο απο κατάφυτες βουνοκορφές καθώς απλωνεται μέσα σε έναν εύφορο κάμπο γεμάτο μηλιές,καρυδιές και σιτηρά που τον διασχίζουν δυό ποταμοί. Ιστορικά η Πολιανή έχει καταγεγραμμένους μέχρι και σήμερα πάνω από 45 βυζαντινούς ναούς ενώ σώζεται από τη Βυζαντινή περίοδο ο ναός Κοιμήσεως της Θεοτόκου με αξιόλογες τοιχογραφίες του 12ου αιώνα.

Η κατοικία είναι συνολικά 120τ.μ. διώροφη με δύο μεγάλα μπαλκόνια με θέα τον Ταΰγετο και το φαράγγι της Ρασίνας, όπως επίσης και μια μεγάλη εξωτερική αυλή. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.

Deep Breath: Πέτρινο σπιτι στο χωριό

Στη Βυτίνα, που συνδυάζει την κοσμικότητα με την ησυχία και την επαφή με την ιδιαίτερη και αναζωογωνητική φύση λόγω της θέσης και του υψόμετρου, εκεί φτιάξαμε το σπίτι μας. Ήταν ένα πετρόχτιστο σπίτι, κι εμεις το ανακαινίσαμε με τον πιο σύγχρονο τρόπο αλλά διατηρώντας την αρχική όψη. Εκεί ζει κανείς την απόλυτη ηρεμία και ελευθερία αφού η απόσταση απο την πλατεία, τα μονοπάτια στην καταπράσινη βλάστηση και η επίσκεψη σε άλλα διάσημα χωριά, είναι μια "ανάσα"

Το σπίτι είναι σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή του χωριού με θέα στο γεφύρι του Αλφειού και το οροπέδιο της Μεγαλόπολης. Διαθέτει 2 τζάκια, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και ψηλοτάβανες κρεβατοκάμαρες. Cozy large apartment (45m2 or 485 sq. ft), only a 7-minute walk from the harbour and one block (130m) from the main sandy beach. As it is located in the center of town, you can walk everywhere, to cafes, shops and restaurants. There is a large garden with several dining areas under the trees and stars, and private sitting spaces in all corners.
