Fantastic location within walking distance of the train station, the city center, and Sonsbeekpark. The entrance/stairwell is shared. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the separate bedroom is on the 3rd floor. The stairs are relatively steep. It is an old building and therefore quite noisy. Therefore, please be considerate of the neighbors (especially from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). The accommodation is primarily aimed at day visitors: for example, the kitchen is basic and does not have extensive cooking facilities.
