The building is a retro apartment built in the Showa era, but the kitchen, shower and toilet have been renovated.It is also equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling) so you can have a comfortable stay. Your room is upstairs, but you can enter from the public road without climbing stairs. Within walking distance to Miyukino Hama.Enjoy the gentle sea breeze in the morning and the calm view at sunset. Odawara Castle and Kamaboko-dori Street are also within walking distance. It is about 15-20 minutes on foot from Odawara Station (about 1.2 km). Good access: about 3-5 minutes by bus, get off at "Sachou", then about 5 minutes on foot, or about 5 minutes by taxi. If you use the Shinkansen, it is about 30 minutes from Tokyo Station, making it convenient for a short trip from the city center. It can also be used as a base for Hakone, Atami, and Enoshima. Since the entire building is for your exclusive use, you can enjoy a private stay without sharing it with other guests. The building is a compact structure that has been around for many years, so it is suitable for those who want to spend a calmer time than a lively stay. It is most comfortable for 2 people.

One of the few beachfront accommodations in the Yugawara area. (You can access the shore within 100 steps from the road!) Swimming and surfing are also good, but you can also read slowly while listening to the sound of the waves, or just relax and roll around. The best chill awaits you. We have set up an outdoor living room on the 1st deck. There is a wood stove and an outdoor sink, so please spend a relaxing time watching the fire. The 2nd deck has a sauna with a wood stove. It is a little small, so we recommend using it in groups of two, with a maximum of three people. Using a wood stove or sauna can cause burns, fires, carbon monoxide poisoning, etc. Please be aware of the risks and use at your own risk. You can't see the sunset, but you can't get tired of looking at the sky that spreads over the sea and changes color. In the morning, you can see Sagami Bay, Manazuru Peninsula, Izu Oshima, and Hatsushima illuminated by the refreshing morning sun.
