The new amount is €10.45 per person per night (VAT included) for all guests aged 17 or older, up to a maximum of 7 nights. As a legal tourist apartment we are obliged to collect the tourist tax upon arrival at the apartment. House rules • We are sorry but we are not allowed to host groups of people younger than 35 due to an agreement we have with the community of neighbors. • This decision was taken after the neighbors had experienced issues with the noise produced by some of the previous guests. • It's totally forbidden to make loud noise after 22:00 or to organize parties or events inside the apartment.
