Gezellig huisje met zwembad en sauna

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze stijlvolle guesthouse (Bellezelles genaamd), gelegen in het landelijke dorpje Ellezelles. Perfecte uitvalsbasis in Pays Des Collines en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers, wandelaars en fietsers. Het huisje en zwembad bevinden zich in onze tuin, met zicht op de heuvels en onze boerderijdieren. Het zwembad is verwarmd tijdens het seizoen (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden van juni tot september). Buiten het seizoen is het zwembad toegankelijk voor de ijsberen!

Huis van 80 m² in een bosgebied met zonnige 1500 m² tuin. Een nieuwbouw met vloerverwarming, koeling en ventilatiesysteen. Gelegen tussen Turnhout en Antwerpen biedt deze woning een perfecte uitvalhoek om diverse activiteiten te doen. Fiets en wandelroutes. Er zijn gezelschapsspelen aanwezig (Rummicub, Monopoly Antwerpen, Trivial Pursuit kids, Scrabble, 4 op 1 rij, Uno, Yahtzee, kaarten, story cubes Max, ganzenbord, Kubb, Badmintonset, Petanqueballen). Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.
