Lower porch is screened. Large property lot also provides good level of privacy. Relax & enjoy the shabby chic decor in our home with all the modern conveniences. Our home is steps from the water with unlimited views of the dunes and Delaware Bay. Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge surrounding Broadkill has a family oriented hiking trail with an observation deck. Great views with lots of wildlife to see.
