Pleno centro de la ciudad; Excelente ubicación a 90 metros el mar. Fácil llegada desde el aeropuerto y terminal. En época de ballenas se pueden ver y escuchar desde las ventanas de la casa. Departamento inaugurado hace muy poco tiempo. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar. Último piso del edificio con balcón abierto. Calefacción por loza radiante.
