Located in the upper part of the village, where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and an incredible view of the sunset. The master suite has a whirlpool and a beautiful panoramic view of the lush nature that surrounds us here. In addition, in order to provide more comfort and convenience, it has a fireplace for cold days, a balcony with a barbecue, a compact kitchen and a swimming pool in a shared leisure area.

Our farm, Mocambo do Jacaré, is 4.5 km from São Francisco Xavier in the Santa Bárbara valley, forming 23,000 m² of green area with woods, orchards, many birds and a river with natural pools to cool off in the summer. In the house where we live, there is an apartment with separate access and a private area. It offers a combined bedroom with kitchen and a large bathroom. It has TV, lots of light and a reading chair with a view. Mocambo do Jacaré is this: A lot of views that are not to die for.
