A large fenced in yard, very spacious equipped with front gates. Outdoor shower & fish cleaning table for those saltwater anglers. Charcoal grill included. Fire pit for an evening gathering of family & friends. Fishing piers & boat ramps are just down the street on Caney Creek which is across the road.

Full kitchen and coffee machine available. Two bed rooms for up to 6 ppl. Quiet neighborhood with access to a marina down the road. Kayak launch , fishing in canal or a boat access from the house to amazing Christmas bay. Marina is right down the road. Surfside Beach Village and Galveston are short drives on either side!

Coastal Charm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house suitable for max 4 adults & 3 children. Coastal Charm is a 1960’s bungalow reimagined and fully renovated by us in 2021. While we renovated the property we have added lot of our personal touches throughout the house, it’s not a purpose built rental; it’s our home away from home. Vaulted ceilings throughout make it feel grant, the large fenced in yard is perfect for families with pets & children, the pedestrian beach is 3 minutes walk.

Our place has a great location! Two blocks from the beach with great views. You’ll be amaze by our place because it's a nice family retreat with extremely comfy memory foam beds.
