The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Weser. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and impresses with upscale furnishings as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The property is located directly on the Weserdeich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city location.
