Romantic hideaway

One of Limfjord's oldest fishing houses from 1774 with a fantastic history is decorated with exquisite designs and is located only 50 meters from the beach on a large private south-facing plot with outdoor kitchen and lounge area with direct views of the fjord. The area is filled with hiking trails, there are two bicycles ready for you to experience Thyholm or the two kayaks can take you around the island. You can also pick your own oysters and blue mussels in the water's edge and prepare them while the sun sets over the water

The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

You can take a walk around the lake (the walk is a good 5 km), paddle or swim in the lake, or go for a ride in the kayak, pedal boat or canoe, which are available for free use. By the lake, there is a small "sand beach" where the little ones can have fun. There is 4G Internet in the home. The TV requires a Chromecast if you want to watch TV, which the guest must bring themselves No parties or events are allowed in the house/garden

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
