Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

The larch mini house in the forest oasis is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin linen, a kitchenette, a flushing toilet. In the living area there is a dining table, stove and sitting window overlooking the trees and a birch balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you'll find a cozy bedroom. We're on the outskirts of town, right next to the woods. Breakfast made from selected organic local ingredients is waiting in the fridge for a slow and comfortable morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy cooking.

Romance in a Caravan at Lake Lipno

The caravan standing on the fenced plot is located near Lake Lipno in the Slupečná area. It is insulated and adapted for year-round use and with direct heating. The caravan has a sofa bed (bed linen and towels), table with three chairs, drawers, shelves, kitchen with basic equipment (fridge, double cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, table grill), and a chemical toilet. Drinking water is available in canisters and showering is provided by an outdoor camping solar shower.

The Hobbit House is located 50 meters from the Lipno Dam. You can look forward to a newly equipped, cozy cottage with the possibility of outdoor seating and barbecue. There are four other cottages in the building. The wooden house offers comfortable and unique accommodation for two adults (double bed) and one child or person up to 160 cm (upper bed) The cottage is equipped with a kitchen including a stove, kettle, dishes, toilet with shower and terrace with barbecue.

Nestled in the quiet by a babbling brook and surrounded by the rustling of the forest, Conifer is a cozy birdhouse-inspired cabin offering a unique nature retreat. This small oasis of tranquility is one of three mini cabins in a micro forest resort, yet within walking distance to the town's atmosphere. You'll find a comfortable double bed made from 100-year-old reclaimed beams, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a compact bathroom with a shower and flush toilet.

Rumcajs, as a fully island TinyHouse, provides all the comforts in the form of a hot shower, toilet, refrigerator, but also air conditioning. All-wood interior that smells good right after you enter. The "flying table" adapts to every seating. Outdoor blinds will hide you from the world if you want. Smart lighting will only turn on in certain places when you need it. Outdoor grill on the terrace, dry wood with an axe and a wooden sauna with a cooling barrel.
