Four rooms villa,one room has home theatre setup, which has sofa cum beds can be used as beds for sleeping,the other room has entertainment setup, two rooms has beds for sleeping. Before booking plz chk room pics for sleeping convenience. No beach direct access, 500m walkable and need to cross one lane. Power cut is not usual even if it goes, max of 30mins will be back, main cable,transformer fault on high emergency only takes max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. Inverter available for lights n fans.

In a prime location with free parking space, a lot of attractions such as VGP Universal & Marine Kingdom are just a 5-minute drive away. Mayajaal Multiplex filled with cinema and arcades is a 10-mins drive away, Muthukadu beach and sailing activities are 15-minutes away! If not, you could just walk down to the beautiful Akkarai Beach in less than 5 minutes!
