Los interiores han sido modernizados y el dormitorio incorpora nueva ropa de cama satinada de 300 hilos, textiles y toallas renovados. Salón, comedor y cocina forman un espacio moderno y completamente equipado, manteniendo aquello que nuestros huéspedes llevan años valorando: llegar y encontrar prácticamente todo lo necesario para empezar a disfrutar. PATIO Y BALCÓN Los espacios exteriores también han sido rediseñados buscando mayor comodidad y calidad. El patio y balcón privados ofrecen vistas al jardín y diferentes ambientes para descansar. El nuevo jacuzzi privado de lujo es uno de sus grandes protagonistas, acompañado por mobiliario de estilo chill out y una zona con mesa y sillas para desayunar, comer o relajarse al aire libre. Los nuevos textiles exteriores han sido seleccionados por su comodidad, transpirabilidad, calidad y resistencia al sol de Fuerteventura. Durante el día, jardín y tranquilidad. Por la noche, un ambiente íntimo alrededor del jacuzzi iluminado. NUEVO PRIVATE WELLNESS Para estancias a partir del 1 de noviembre de 2026 incorporamos una sauna finlandesa privada integrada en la vivienda, junto a la zona de baño y vestidor. Realizada en madera de Ayus, contará con bancos a diferentes alturas, puerta integral de cristal, iluminación LED cálida indirecta y control digital. Su equipo eléctrico está fabricado en Finlandia. Sauna y jacuzzi serán de uso exclusivamente privado. Sin instalaciones Wellness compartidas ni horarios de spa. IMPORTANTE: la sauna está actualmente en proceso de fabricación e instalación. Las estancias anteriores al 1 de noviembre disfrutarán del apartamento remodelado, sus nuevos espacios exteriores y el jacuzzi, pero todavía no de la sauna. TRANQUILIDAD Y COCHE IMPRESCINDIBLE Estamos en una urbanización privada alejada de los núcleos urbanos, ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad y descanso. El coche es imprescindible. No es posible desplazarse cómodamente a pie a pueblos, playas, restaurantes, supermercados o servicios. En vehículo, sin embargo, todo el norte de Fuerteventura queda a pocos minutos. A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

Cosy appartment in peaceful old harbour area

The Nook is in the old harbour area of cobbled streets just 40 steps to the the shoreline and the famous restaurants on the harbour side. It is a very peacefull ground floor appartment. A private patio leads off the master bedroom where you can relax in the shade or dine in the fresh air. There is also a very large shared roof terrace with a table and sun loungers for guests. The tiny cobbled street leads to the headland where you can enjoy sunsets or walk to the lagoons 10 minutes away.
