At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the birdsong, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs, and the sheep are all there to help you relax during your time in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

Charming guesthouse on beautiful farm

We are a sheep farm between Paris and the ocean, about 1.5 hours from the coast and 1 hour from the capitol. We're situated in a small village nestled in picturesque countryside with the river Avre running along our fields. Our guesthouse has a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen and a small private garden. You are welcome to bring your pets and if your dogs want to try agility or herding, or maybe brush up on some basic obedience, we are licensed dog trainers and happy to help.

Apartment of 67 m2 located on the 4th and top floor with elevator of an atypical historical monument (Moulin), you will be in town as in the countryside (rejuvenating view of the meadows, the river) and 2 steps walk from the shops of first necessities (Carrefour Express, bakery, pharmacy, bar/tobacco). Discover Chartres (city center accessible in 30 min walk, 10 min by bike by secure bike path), we are on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle and the Véloscénie.

Incredible Airstream from 1974 with lagoon

Incredible experience for adults and children combined. Experience a stay in a vintage Américain Airstream caravan from 1974. --> access to the lagoon during your stay up to 21H (9pm). The lagon is not heated from 01 October to 15 mai 4 spaces to sleep, a double bed / convertable dining table for 4, and bunk beds for 2 children. Fridge, A/C gas stove, shower and dry toilette. Full shower and classic toilet available just outside the Airstream.
