The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. Welcome to our fantastically located vacation home right on the waterfront of the Großer Pönitzer See in Scharbeutz. There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the lake in your secluded 400-square-meter garden on the sun lounger or by the barbecue. The beaches of the Bay of Lübeck (Scharbeutz, Haffkrug...) are only about 5 minutes away by car or about 12 minutes by bike.

The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace.
