Our house consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, and 2 balconies. There is also a BBQ area in the garden where you can enjoy pleasant evenings. The pool also uses a salt-chlorine system, which is more natural in terms of health. All rooms are air- conditioned Our house is within walking distance of the large beach, the beach park, sports and playgrounds, supermarkets, the local market, restaurants, and cafés.

Villa Yiğit is located on Çalış Beach, 300 meters walking distance to the sea, 5 km to the city center, 500 meters to the market, the minibus passes in front of the house. A fully sheltered, detached 2 +1 Stone Villa where you can stay comfortably as a family. Our villa is a stone and bohemian villa with a children's pool where you can be very comfortable as a conservative family and is a new villa that will be ready for the 2023 season. The identity-passport information of everyone who will stay at the entrance must be forwarded to the host for notification to the police station.

There is a pool and a large garden. The pool and garden are exclusively for you. Only you will use them. It is on the way to the airport. There is the option to come by shuttle from the airport. My family and I live in the apartment next door.
