Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes on foot from the train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathing in bathtub by appointment.

The door to our part of the house will be closed and locked during the rental period and the apartment has its own entrance. Beds are made and towels are available at check-in.

About 5 minutes by car from the city center and a 20 minute walk. From the home it is a short walk down to Isegran. From here you can take the city ferry for free to the old town, the city center, worst and Gressvik. Otherwise it is.. - parking on the plot - short way to bus stop that can take you to Hvaler/Oslo -not kitchen, but fridge and kettle

At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the home. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

This is a newly renovated basementflat with all fascilities. Situated in a quiet area, only five minuts walk from the oldtown, Kongstenhallen, bus stop and ferry. You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events.
