Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Welcome to our little treasure on one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Ærø was and is a popular destination for sailors. Boats and water have belonged together for hundreds of years. Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
