Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door.

The boathouse was built in a traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee at the window, take a refreshing bath, enjoy the sun on the dock, or just relax and watch the life on the sea. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
