Wonderful 70 m2 apt in quiet street next to beautiful parc. City center is a 7-minute walk, busstop is just 3 min. away. The living room, luxurious kitchen and toilet are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a spacious bathroom, balcony and two bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a kingsize double bed and a big wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed and a walk-in closet.
