Disfruta de una experiencia única, segura, cómoda y fresca desde el nivel 11 de 12 niveles del edificio Centro Vivo, de los más altos y emblemáticos del Centro Histórico, aquí se encontraba antes el Hotel Ritz a 1/2 cuadra de la sexta avenida, rodeado de historia, arquitectura, bares, restaurantes, centros de conveniencia y el Transmetro (transporte seguro para conocer la ciudad). In this compact but well planned apartment you are in the centre of Guatemala City, close to everything. The apartment has a terrace with plenty of space for grilling/eating outside and a fully equipped kitchen. With one bedroom and a sofa bed the apartment fits up to three people. It is part of a modern complex with greenery. The complex additionally has a small coffee shop/bar on the ground floor and next-door a bar with one of the best craft beers from Guatemala.
