There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. Nyt en stilfull leilighet i ett av Hamar sentrums eldste hus. Leiligheten ligger 250 meter fra stranden og 300 meter fra stortorget i en rolig gate. Leiligheten går over tre plan med stue i kjeller. Første etasje inneholder inngang, kjøkken, et soverom og en do. I andre etasje er bad og et soverom. Leiligheten er nyoppusset, har peis på kjøkkenet og varme i flere av gulvene. De rommene som ikke har varme i gulv, har panelovner for oppvarming.
