Everything is newly built and designed. If you want to enjoy peaceful and relaxing days with family, families or a group, you're in the right place.

Mitten in der City, umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants und Shoppingangeboten, allerdings auch nur 10 min vom ruhigen Grunewald entfernt, der im Winter zum romantischen Winterspaziergang einlädt. New built apartment (approx. 60 sqm) with separate entrance at the ground floor of my house in Berlin-Niederschönhausen, consisting of one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 separate beds, one room with fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, baking oven) and one large bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, laundry dryer. Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Vacation home Bischof Berlin

Modern holiday home with large terrace and garden in the rear part of our property, north/east. Outskirts of Berlin. A Bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S7 train and bus are a 10-minute walk away, and both take you to the city in 35 minutes.
