Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.

A beautiful and cozy home on the edge of downtown Reykjavík. Close enough to walk downtown (5-10 min) far away enough to be quiet and nice. One large bedroom, the other smaller but very cozy. 65' inch TV, wifi, a large kitchen with everything you need. Large windows for beautiful light.
