This modern home is located in a quiet street and is decorated well to suit any holiday goer. Features include: a private courtyard where you can relax the day away, an outdoor entertaining area, open plan lounge and dining, with TV and DVD player and reverse cycle air conditioning, modern well laid out kitchen including, fridge and dishwasher, free WiFi throughout, master bedroom has a large King bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single King beds, family bathroom, laundry and remote control single garage. This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes. No smoking policy Pets considered-outdoors only Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. The farm covers an area of 120 acres, away from the hustle and bustle, suitable for families and friends to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday here. The house has a floor area of 500 square meters, with a 4.2 meter high ceiling living room, oversized floor to ceiling windows, spacious and bright, the entire house has a perfect view of the pastoral and tranquil seaside. Each bedroom has a different view, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 3 single, sleeps 8 guests, extra beds can be requested if there are more people. Don't worry about the weather, there is air conditioning, especially for guests, all equipped with down duvets. If you want to use the fireplace, you need to book it in advance when you book the house. Each bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling cloakroom, spacious and bright, well laid out, good privacy, two separate bathrooms and separate toilets, convenient and comfortable, with a regular bathtub. Super large ocean view balcony, the view is very beautiful and special, you can eat and dance on the balcony. There's a ping-pong room in the house. Outdoor BBQ grill (GAS) Open kitchen, two island counters, complete with utensils, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, water heater, air fryer, rice cooker. The amazing 290-degree super sea view master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious bathroom are the best choice for a relaxing holiday. You need to take a special passage to the beach, go straight out the farm gate and turn left. The audio-visual room is equipped with a projector (Samsung), which needs to be booked in advance.
