The room, located above the port of Ischia, offers: air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a sofa bed. Guests will have exclusive use of the outdoor space. The house is located in a hilly area 1 km from the port and is: 15 minutes by scooter from the Maronti beach, 5/10 minutes from the center of Ischia and Ischia Ponte. Guests are advised of the presence of 2 dogs and 2 cats in the other wing of the house.
