A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Historic house - sleeps 6 persons, 3 sleeping rooms, situated in a peaceful and car free street. Silent back garden, directly at the waterfront. Ideal place to rest and explore the environment. House consists of: living room, 1 sleeping room on the ground floor (2 beds) - 2 sleeping rooms on the first floor, new kitchen - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine , bathroom (bath - shower). Touristtax is E1,50 per night per adult in addition to the Airbnb booking. Pets only after agreement.

The bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table, and a cozy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping option, allowing the accommodation of up to four people. There are restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the beach within easy walking distance.

Our semi-detached house, completed in June 2025, offers every comfort for up to 7 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an open living-dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an infrared cabin can be found in the Villa Hafenkieker. In the fenced garden, a seating area, a barbecue and a beach chair invite you to relax. The large playground opposite attracts the kids outside, the existing PlayStation 5 ensures entertaining evenings. Your dog is welcome!

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. The vacation rental "Groote Kaat" is located on the Sommerpolderhof in the Krummhörn between Norden and Emden. The shrimp cutter port of Greetsiel can be reached in 10 minutes from here. The apartment is 75 m² and has a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and another bed (0.80 x 2.00 m). A private (fenced) garden area, adjacent to that of the neighboring vacation apartment, with a spacious terrace and sun loungers completes the offer.

The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.
