A modern, well-equipped apartment with a lake view next to Lutakko Square. City home near the lake for you! It's only a 5 minute walk to the transportation center and downtown. Good quality beds can be found for 3 guests. Ask for a FREE parking spot for an early bird. In addition, the parking garage is located near the house. (P-Paviljonki 1, usually €18/day). Located at Hakakatu 6, the property is newly renovated and cozy for 1-4 people. The property has two 90-cm-wide beds, which you can combine to form an extra-wide double bed. On the sofa bed, you can relax with a book and, if necessary, it also forms a 120 cm wide bed. Luxurious cotton satin quilts guarantee good sleep. The kitchen is well equipped, and the property also has a washing machine. Jyväskylä is only 12.4 miles away, and the airport is 3.1 miles away. Free parking is available at the property.

I'm renting my home in a quiet location. Nature and lake nearby. The condominium association has started renovating the façade, which is worth keeping in mind when considering renting. There is 1.5 km to the center and free parking space near the apartment. The entire 45-square-meter (484-square-foot) two-bedroom apartment is available for use. In the kitchens you can prepare your meals and the living room and the bedroom are separate rooms and the full bathroom has a shower and laundry facilities.

Pihakammari (uninhabitable)

Pihakammari (the whole is one room of 16 m2) is located close to Alvar Aalto's home and a few of his properties. The pull-out couch in the bedroom is 140 cm wide. The kitchen area in the room is equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, and a refrigerator. Breakfast supplies are for you, please. A traditional Finnish yard sauna can be rented in the summer, with swimming in the lake. There is no WiFi in the chamber. The unit is a compact one-room space of 16 m2.
