Stylish first floor apartment in the residential area of Düsternbrook (between the fjord, university hospital, Blücherplatz). Everything is within walking distance. Amenities: Separate entrance, fully equipped kitchen with seating, one bedroom (pull-out bed 160 × 200), spacious full bathroom and separate toilet. It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. Please let me know in advance if there is a need.

Beautiful old building in the center - 1

The apartment (47 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about a 10-minute walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Private washing machine on the first floor

Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse. Seperater Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche und Kochgelegenheit. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking
