This beautiful cottage has been renovated, offering the perfect mix of modern conveniences & true Outer Banks nostalgia. I do have several listings in this neighborhood including next door to this cottage. Centrally located, 2 king beds & rooms with Smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, large 65” smart tv, excellent WiFi, covered patio, outdoor shower, ping pong, rope swing & new decor. Pet friendly.

Dogs welcome! 4 min walk to beach and Jack Browns! 3 BR/2 FB in Kill Devil Hills on beach side of hwy. Close to shopping, restaurants, attractions! Recent exterior and interior remodel. Open living area with stocked kitchen. Linens and tv provided in each BR. Baths stocked towels and soaps. Outdoors has covered patio, gas grill, beach chairs and gear. Indoors there are games, puzzles, 1G WiFi and 75” tv making the Beach Nest Retreat the perfect place to call home. No cats.

A modern kitchen features white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Open shelves display dishware, while a glass-top dining table with white chairs is positioned nearby. Natural wood flooring adds warmth to the space, and ample lighting enhances the overall ambiance.

Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!

Bright and open Kill Devil Hill's home located on the top floor of a 2-unit property in the heart of the Outer Banks, close to grocery stores, Target, gas stations, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, putt putt golf etc. Less than a mile to the beach and a few blocks from the sound where there is a multi-use bike path and beautiful sunsets. $50 per dog. Great energy for couples on honeymoon or others wanting spending quality time together. Walking distance to the Albemarle Sound and 5 minute drive to the beach. YMCA enjoy as well
