Comfortable and stylish 37 sq. m. studio close to the sea - a great choice for a carefree vacation! Drink morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the seafood, because before it only 1 minute walk. You can reach the center of the Holy Place in 10 min. During the season, there are plenty of cafes, shops, bike rental locations and children's entertainment nearby. Maintained and fenced area, free parking. Located in this new construction house, the apartments have internet for work in the distance.

Home-spirit flat in Klaipėda Old Town

Sunny, spacious flat with panoramic window to beautiful sunsets, designed by me for myself, thus it does feel like Home! Perfect location: 15 min on foot to the main square of Old Town, close to both ferry services to Curonian Spit (Nida, Juodkrantė, Preila): 15-20 min on foot to Pedestrian terminal and 7 min by car to Vehicles ferry terminal, 25 km to Palanga resort. Quite area, but close to all centre attractions, concerts, street festivals & major shopping mall "Akropolis" (20 min on foot).
