The house is a classic red Swedish house with a view to two lakes and nothing els then forrest. The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. Hytten er omgivet af skov, samt ligger et stenkast væk fra søen, hvor du har egen brygge. Det perfekte sted hvis du drømmer om en pause fra hverdagen. Kolde bade udenfor eller i søen. Maden tilberedes på bål eller i udendørs køkkenet. Drikkevand hentes fra pumpehuset som ligger lige bag huset. Toiletbesøg foregår på luksus das. Kæledyr er desværre ikke tilladt i hytten.

Njut av naturen nära kulturella Råshult med dess vackra vandringsleder samt närheten till Älmhult och IKEA. Nyrenoverat hus med modern standard. Sjöutsikt och gångavstånd till Såganäs Friluftsbas med badbrygga och kanoututhyrning. 5 km till Diö där närmsta pizzeria och tågstation finns. Lägg till 2 km och du hittar Bykrogen i Liatorp. 7 km söderut finns Älmhult med affärer och resturanger och så klart IKEA och IKEA Museum. Fiske finns både i Såganäs sjön samt Möckeln och Virestadsjön.

Köket har ett vikparti, som går att dra helt åt sidan, stor öppning ut till altanen. Plan 1 - kök, tv rum, badrum. Plan 2 -Vardagsrum med öppen spis, balkong, 3 sovrum. Wifi, apple tv.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende vid sjön Svanshals. Sjöutsikt från vardagsrum/kök samt uterum. Kamin. Stugan är nybyggd och färdigställdes årsskiftet 2022/2023. Egen tillgång till Svanshalssjön. Fiskemöjlighet på tomten. Bada går men badskor rekommenderas (tills vi byggt brygga). I övrigt finns det i närheten väldigt fin natur som korsas av Skåneleden. På cykel och bilavstånd ligger Osby där det finns både matbutiker, restauranger och andra aktiviteterna.

The house is located right next to the forest. People who come here for the first time often say that the surroundings remind them of the tales of Astrid Lindgren. Just 2 km away you have access to a lake with sauna (shared with others) that you can use for free. On agreement you can charge your electric vehicle at our place (200 meters away) with type 2 , 11kW for 3sek/kW. Towels/linens are NOT included, but can be provided for 150 SEK/person. Cleaning can be added for 1500sek.

Tystnad, lugn och ro! Vi vill dela med oss av vårt paradis. Tillgång till båt och grillplats och oändligt med grusvägar. En egen lägenhet som ligger i vår verkstadsdel precis utanför vårt bostadshus. Vandring och cykling i magisk natur. Jälluntoftaleden är 12 km låg och ligger nära. Abborrar och gädda i sjön. Fiber-nätet vid regniga dagar! Ni har tillgång till båt och ved. Inget fiskekort krävs.
