L'alloggio ha una posizione privilegiata: raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi dalla metro B1 (fermata Libia), di fronte al parco di Villa Chigi per piacevoli passeggiate e garanzia di tranquillità, molto vicino all'università Luiss. Trattasi di stanza e bagno ad uso esclusivo (senza cucina) con ingresso indipendente, frutto di una ristrutturazione accurata con materiali di design. La climatizzazione è a pavimento. Una scrivania ed una rete Wifi ultraveloce lo rendono adatto a lavorare da remoto.
