Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in a gated golf community. A view of the lake can be seen from the front porch and at the deck at the back of the house. Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

Kitchen is fully kitted with keurig (pods, creamers, sugars), full size oven/fridge, cookware, dishes, utensils, portable dishwasher. Fishing poles provided or play a few rounds of golf.

Farm Life Refresh!

This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from having been a sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing + non motorized boating! Welcome!

Your Windy Lake Getaway

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly lakehouse. The main floor was built in 1938 by Vicky‘s grandfather and moved to this prime location on the east side of the lake. It sits on an 83 acre parcel. All the main floor details are as close as we could keep them to the original. Furnishings and decor allow us to reminisce. The newly built second floor is a spacious modern cabin with natural pine bead board walls and 14 ft ceilings. Fishing encouraged!
