It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. 1st floor of completely renovated turn of the century farmhouse on over 1/2 an acre of peacefulness located right off of route 1 and across the street from the DART Bus Station where you can hop on the bus to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach every 30 minutes. Centrally located to drive to all coastal Delaware beaches, restaurants, and shopping. **Sound deafening insulation in the ceiling; however, you may hear some noise from upstairs guests. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.
