Our 18th-century flat, with its metre-thick walls, stays nice and cool ! We are a family who loves traveling, walking, cooking, & exploring other countries. We want to rent our appartment while we are on holidays. It's situated between Augarten and Prater in an area which has existed since 1671. The up-and-coming Taborstrasse district is not even 10 minute’s walk from the Old Town center. The flat is very convenient for traveling friends, couples & for familly with kids.

The refuge (we also use this ourselves) invites you to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy. On the first floor, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including wine cooler. The double doors open here to the sun terrace with a small natural garden. On the upper floor there are the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. One of the rooms also has a charming gallery as a retreat.
