On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a sleeping area and a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom, but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: composting toilet, barbecue, bicycles and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included, and you can order a packed lunch before your arrival. Pottery and basketry workshops and escape game rental available upon request

Nature trailer

Our cozy trailer is located in the heart of our property, in a quiet and green setting. It has a small kitchen for your meals, and outside you will find a container converted into a bathroom as well as clean and easy-to-use dry toilets. We also have two Malinois dogs, who are very friendly and used to visitors. They live on the property: nothing to worry about; they are sociable and affectionate. A simple, natural, and comfortable stay.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!
