The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.
