The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Feel free to use the whole garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Now closed for vacation until August 4th. Good public transport. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

A washing machine is available in the apartment. An additional laundry room is located in the basement; it is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
