Our house has a Tourism Housing Certificate approved by the Ministry of Tourism. Pelazzi Farm takes its name from the Pelazzi (Pelagians), the first tribe to settle in Bozcaada. Opposite Pelazzi, 4 km from the center, is the Pavli forest, and it is surrounded by vineyards. Ayazma beach is 900 meters away. If you want to wake up in the morning to the sounds of a thousand birds, taste the grapes in our vineyard and watch the moon rise while sipping a glass of Bozcaada wine, we want to share these beauties with you.

Built in the early 20th century and recently renovated, the chalet combines historic charm with modern comforts and offers stunning views.The chalet has two floors and a 1,000 m² garden with fruit trees, herbs, and a vegetable garden. Only the ground floor (2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price. The upper floor is not accessible and will not be rented to other guests during your stay. The whole chalet is available for rent under the name “Orfeas Chalet” on Airbnb.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans.
