Air-conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine. 2 covered and private parking spaces, next to the elevator.

1 Apartment per floor, facing the sea, located in the Caiobá resort, close to the calm beach. High floor with large balcony and a spectacular view. Balcony with tables, chairs and hammock. Fast fiber optic internet. 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) + 1 maid's room and service bathroom, the 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning (the 2 en-suites with smart TV and 1 with minibar). All rooms have access to a balcony, closets and blackout curtains. Full kitchen.

Ideal two-story house for 6 guests! It has Wi-Fi Sanitized bed linens and covers! The townhouse faces the sea in the Flamingo/Matinhos resort. Located close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, convenience stores, bakeries, gas stations. Sleep with the sound of waves on the sand, have days of tranquility and peace, a stunning view of the sea. It has 1 closed garage space. Please note, double-hanger trucks do not fit.
