Beautiful, modern and bright apartment near the lake

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants (hotels, Thai snack bar, pizzeria, etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

The apartment is located in the attic and the amenities are largely new. In good weather, a beautiful Alpine panorama and a small part of Lake Constance can be seen. Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Uferpark and the lively promenade. It is ideally located between the train station and the city center, directly on the Lake Constance Trail.
