Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

There are unobstructed views of the Bookcliff Mountain Range to the north and no other houses in sight. The house is surrounded with a spacious yard perfect for picnics and games. This is a very rural space only 10 minutes from downtown Fruita, and the 18 Rd. desert bike trails. Ask about having some farm raised grass finished beef to top off your stay!

The yard had beautiful flower beds, not to mention the amazing view of Mt. Garfield! The house itself was very comfortable and had anything you can imagine in the kitchen, making a few at home dinners a breeze.
