Nice beatiful 1 bedroom apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

It's surrounded by gardens and farmland and offers a great view of the nearby lakes and mountains. The villa is located in the middle of the "butter eye" on Sunnmøre. You reach Ålesund city in 30 minutes, Geiranger in 1.5 hours, and are embraced by the Sunnmøre Alps. There is a short distance to the store, public transport, mountains and lake. The place is family and child friendly. Plenty of room for a group traveling together.
